lose weight from the power of facebook.
Hi! you are all probabley wondering,"How?" well.....i'm going to show ya.Here are a few things you need to know before we begin, 1# you need a facebook account, not everyone has one but alot of people nowadays use facebook. 2# You need freinds! not a whole lot but a handful, more freinds equal more feedback, remember "feedback" is one the main tools in helping you to suceed. 3# A good exercise routine. You can find great workout plans and tips on the internet, you dont have to join a gym or anything, most exercises can be done at home.no matter what you decide remember the key is "to stay consistant" and thats where facebook comes in, you see facebook is not just for "freind making" and writing post about what you did that day, but it also can be used as a "motivator" when used correctly it can put you on the road to success! heres how. Before you start you need to put "yourself out there" to throw yourself under the bus so to speak! post on your wall to all of your freinds that you need help being motivated to workout and any positive or negative feedback will be appreciated. Now you need to explain what you will be posting for the next few months, first you need to set a goal about 90 days is about right "3 months" from now when you post this. Next also explain you will take a picture of yourself everytime when you post how long you worked out for and what you did, its good to give people something to look at while they read your post so that way it keeps their intrest so that they can fully help you on your journey, you dont have to take a picture showing your muscles or anything just you but you can if you want. Its ok if you miss a two or three days in a row just not four and so on because that means your not being motivated enough and the facebbok workout plan may not be for you. You need to stay consistant with your workouts otherwise you wont see results! thats where facebook comes in,by posting your progress every time you work out it gets people curious and want to put in "feedback" postive or not , it helps motivate you, for instance "you" post on monday "Day 5# 1 hour and 15 min of yoga completed." and your freind writes "yoga is stupid" would'nt you want to suceed so that way you can show them "its not so stupid" right? and mabey later on down the road of your journey you may actually motivate someone else in their journey. Never be rude to anyone giving you feedback being negative or not! because you need thier feedback it is very valuable to you, negative or not! get it!? good and dont post a picture of yourself if you didnt workout that day just post "Day 12# didnt workout" ok? and after you complete the 3 months you can keep posting your sucess or not the idea was just to get you motivated, your choice and also if your friends are sick of hearing about your postings lol, either way i hope to see you at the top baby!!!!!!!!!!
